The Vibe

world and exploring the food and culture of the beautiful region of
Emilia-Romagna, one of the country's most opulent and least-known areas.

The Pit Stop
The tour base is the opulent Grand Hotel Baglioni (www.baglionihotel.com),
a converted historic palazzo in the centre of Bologna. Its excellent restaurant
with beautiful frescoed ceilings is one of the best in the city.

The Menu
Bologna is justifiably famous for its excellent cuisine, hence its nickname,
La Grassaí (the fat). Parma, home to the world-famous ham, is in the
region and there's a visit to balsamic vinegar producer, Acetaia Malpighi,
in nearby Modena. Lunch is a racing drivers' favourite lunchtime hangouts,
while in the evenings and gourmet dinners at the hotel.

The Bill
Based on two persons sharing a room and a car, including 5 nights
accommodation, half board (breakfast and dinner are included), airport
